The following definitions apply throughout these Terms and all associated policies published on the eviv3 platform:

To be eligible to open and maintain an Account on the eviv3 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age and can provide valid documentary evidence of your age upon request.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming and sports betting is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law as it applies to you personally.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity; the Account is for your exclusive personal use.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of eviv3 or any of its affiliated third-party game providers.
• You have not previously had an Account closed, suspended, or terminated by eviv3 for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting of your own free will and are not suffering from a known gambling addiction that has led to a prior self-exclusion request on this Platform.

eviv3 reserves the right to request verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by our support team may result in Account suspension until verification is complete.

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform at any time. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or shared accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds therein.

During registration you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Indonesian mobile number. You agree to keep this information updated at all times by contacting our support team.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity that occurs under your Account — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify eviv3 support immediately at support@eviv3.net.

eviv3 operates a mandatory KYC process. Before your first withdrawal is processed, you will be required to submit:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., KTP, SIM, or passport).
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (e.g., utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri mobile banking showing your name and account number).

eviv3 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage. KYC checks are conducted in compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering standards. Accounts that fail KYC will have withdrawal requests suspended pending resolution.

All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — where the sending bank account or e-wallet belongs to another person — are strictly prohibited. eviv3 supports the following local Indonesian payment channels:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the cashier and may vary by payment method. Deposits are typically credited to your Account within five (5) minutes of confirmed receipt. eviv3 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. eviv3 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within two (2) to four (4) business hours during operating hours (WIB, UTC+7). Processing times may be longer during public holidays including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August).

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section. eviv3 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal that is unusually large or that triggers risk-management protocols.

All Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, winnings, and bonuses are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp / IDR). eviv3 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any other currency. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the Player through their bank or e-wallet provider are the Player's sole responsibility.

Any deposit suspected of originating from fraudulent, stolen, or unlawfully obtained funds will be frozen immediately. eviv3 cooperates fully with relevant financial institutions and law enforcement agencies in the investigation of suspected fraud. Accounts involved in suspicious transaction activity will be suspended pending investigation, and any winnings derived from fraudulent deposits will be forfeited in full.

eviv3 offers various promotional incentives to registered Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free-bet credits. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only and cannot be claimed more than once per household, IP address, device, or payment method.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement specified in the individual promotion's terms. Until the wagering requirement is fully met, bonus funds and any associated winnings cannot be withdrawn.
• Wagering on certain game categories (for example, live dealer baccarat, progressive jackpot slots, or sports betting with odds below a stated minimum) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward clearing the wagering requirement. Specific contribution rates are disclosed in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any uncompleted wagering requirement and associated bonus balance will be removed from the Account automatically at expiry.
• eviv3 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that Players who have already claimed and begun wagering a bonus will not have their existing bonus removed mid-cycle without reasonable cause.
• Any Player found to be abusing the bonus system — including through multi-accounting, matched betting using bonus funds, collusion, use of betting software, or any other form of advantage play identified by eviv3's risk team — will have their bonus forfeited, their Account suspended, and any net winnings derived from the abuse reversed.

By placing any bet or wager on the eviv3 Platform — whether on sports markets, live casino games, slots, or any other game type — you acknowledge and accept the following:

All sportsbook bets are subject to the specific market rules published in the sportsbook section of the Platform. In the case of an event being cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, eviv3 will apply standard void rules as described in the sportsbook rules page. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to be settled as wins; a single void selection within a parlay may result in that leg being removed and the parlay recalculated at reduced odds. Voor bola (Asian handicap) markets are settled according to the Asian Handicap rules displayed at the point of bet placement.

All casino games — including slots, live dealer tables, and card games — are provided by licensed third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, NetEnt, and Microgaming. Game-specific rules are accessible within each game's help section. eviv3 is not responsible for software errors originating within a third-party game engine; such disputes are handled directly with the relevant provider and their certifying testing laboratory.

eviv3 reserves the right to withhold payment or void bets where there is evidence of a technical error, incorrect odds being displayed, or manifest pricing error. In the event of a dispute over a bet settlement, the Player must contact support within forty-eight (48) hours of the event's conclusion. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the eviv3 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether under your own identity or any other identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration or KYC information.
• Using another person's payment method or Account credentials.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the Platform's bonus systems.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scrapers, or any artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage in betting or game play.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities — any such advantage gained must be reported immediately to support@eviv3.net.
• Reverse engineering, copying, distributing, or modifying any element of the Platform's software, content, or intellectual property.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communications with eviv3 staff or other Players.

All content on the eviv3 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, trade names, software code, graphic design, game interfaces, written content, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of eviv3 or its licensed content suppliers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any Platform content for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of eviv3.

eviv3 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Your personal data is used solely for the purposes of Account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and the delivery of promotional communications where you have opted in. eviv3 does not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. All data is stored using industry-standard encryption and access controls.

eviv3 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time-Out: Temporarily suspend your ability to log in and place bets for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom duration).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your Account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Opt in to receive periodic on-screen reminders of the time you have spent playing during a session.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, eviv3 provides the Platform and all services thereon on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. eviv3 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free operation of the Platform.

eviv3 shall not be liable to you or any third party for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any losses arising from the acts or omissions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or telecommunications providers.
• Any losses resulting from technical failures, server outages, maintenance windows, or force majeure events beyond eviv3's reasonable control.
• Any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, eviv3's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

eviv3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the revised Terms take effect, except where changes are required immediately by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept a proposed amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which eviv3 holds its operating licence. For Players accessing the Platform from Indonesia, these Terms are provided in English as the authoritative language of the agreement.

In the event of any dispute between you and eviv3 arising out of or in connection with these Terms, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally in the first instance by contacting eviv3's support team. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable dispute resolution body designated by eviv3's licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause limits eviv3's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent fraudulent activity.
